The Gubi 2D series is a new sleek and scaled-back version of the Gubi 5 chair designed by Komplot design in 2003.
The shell is formed with a two-dimensional laminated veneer and is available in Oak, American Walnut or Black Stained Beech. The shells can be front upholstered or fully upholstered in a range of different fabrics and leathers. The versatile chair and stool series is still available in four base varieties, including; 4 leg, sled, centre-base and swivel. Metal bases are available in chrome or black powder-coat finish. The inherent light aesthetic of the design as well as many options for customization means the chair will suit a wide range of applications.
